These can feel like discouraging thoughts.
But, add three little words and look what happens:

My husband will be so disappointed if I don’t have sex with him, and that’s okay.
We are arguing about sex again, and that’s okay.
The feeling you get from these new thoughts is completely different.
And that’s okay!
